What You'll Do
- Develop, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules, including Customer Insights such as Journeys and Sales.
- Design and implement custom plugins, workflows, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and model-driven apps to enhance system functionality.
- Develop and manage Azure integrations, including Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Support the application lifecycle management process, including source control, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment using Azure DevOps.
- Provide application support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver system enhancements within agreed timelines.
- Ensure best practices are followed in solution design, data management, and system governance.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5–10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customization, maintenance, and enhancement
- Solid experience across D365 modules: Customer Insights Journey, Customer Service, and Sales
- Good at debugging and troubleshooting Power Platform, including Cloud Flows and Canvas Apps
- Experience with Azure integration services, including Logic Apps, Function Apps, and Service Bus
- Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and JavaScript
- Comfortable working in Agile teams and collaborating across technical and business functions
- Strong documentation skills, covering technical write-ups and solution design
- Self-driven with strong communication skills, able to deliver quality work independently and on time
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian hours (6 am–3 pm PHT) with a hybrid setup (1 day onsite, 4 days remote)
- Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower, Xom Chieu Ward): Vietnam business hours (8 am – 5 pm) with a hybrid setup (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
