Summary: As an Application Developer, you will spend your day designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed are effective and efficient, supporting the overall operational goals of the organization. You will engage in continuous improvement activities and adapt to evolving business needs to deliver high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application development with business objectives. - Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and enhance team performance. - Continuously evaluate and implement best practices to improve application development processes and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of production planning concepts and discrete manufacturing processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Production Planning modules to meet business needs. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP PP applications. - Familiarity with integration points between SAP PP and other SAP modules to ensure seamless data flow. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Manila office.
