Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the needs of the organization while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. You will be responsible for managing your team's efforts and making key decisions that impact the overall project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. - Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce CPQ. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps, Salesforce Development. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Proficient in integrating Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce products. - Experience in customizing Salesforce CPQ to meet specific business needs. - Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
