Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing requirements, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. - Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Integration Cloud (Mulesoft). - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with API design and management. - Familiarity with cloud-based integration solutions. - Proficient in data mapping and transformation techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Integration Cloud (Mulesoft). - This position is based at our Manila office.
