Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams, analyzing user needs, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the applications are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. - Support team members in overcoming technical challenges and roadblocks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Adaptive Integrations. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with integration tools and techniques specific to Workday Adaptive. - Proficient in troubleshooting and debugging integration issues. - Familiarity with data mapping and transformation processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Adaptive Integrations. - This position is based at our Manila office.
