We are seeking an Application Consultant with expertise in implementing UKG Ready products for Payroll Modules, focusing on North America Payroll. The ideal candidate should have exposure to HR-IT and SaaS implementations, coupled with a successful track record of engaging stakeholders in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of UKG Ready Payroll Modules tailored for North America, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless module integration and functionality
- Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing, and deploying Payroll Modules effectively
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing Payroll Modules, preferably with UKG Ready products or similar platforms
- Proficiency in HR-IT implementation and familiarity with SaaS deployment models.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders in North America.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications or training related to Payroll systems implementation or relevant modules
- Experience in customizing and configuring Payroll Modules to meet specific client needs
- Knowledge of North America Payroll regulations and compliance standards
