Job Description
We are seeking an Application Consultant with expertise in implementing UKG Ready products for Payroll Modules, focusing on North America Payroll. The ideal candidate should have exposure to HR-IT and SaaS implementations, coupled with a successful track record of engaging stakeholders in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of UKG Ready Payroll Modules tailored for North America, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless module integration and functionality
Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing, and deploying Payroll Modules effectively
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing Payroll Modules, preferably with UKG Ready products or similar platforms
Proficiency in HR-IT implementation and familiarity with SaaS deployment models.
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders in North America.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications or training related to Payroll systems implementation or relevant modules
Experience in customizing and configuring Payroll Modules to meet specific client needs
Knowledge of North America Payroll regulations and compliance standards
