We are seeking an experienced Application Consultant with a deep understanding of UKG Ready products, particularly within HR modules such as Core HR, Performance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and others. The ideal candidate will have exposure to HR-IT and SaaS implementations and a proven history of successfully engaging stakeholders across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the implementation of UKG Ready HR modules in alignment with client-specific requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of HR modules.
- Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing, and deploying HR modules.
- Serve as a primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment with project goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing HR modules, ideally with UKG Ready or similar platforms.
- Strong proficiency in HR-IT implementation and familiarity with SaaS deployment models.
- Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage and manage stakeholders, particularly in North America.
