- Strategic Analysis & Vision: Elicit, analyze, and document intricate business requirements, identifying opportunities for process optimization and strategic alignment. Champion new initiatives and approaches, demonstrating foresight and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Project Leadership: Lead project lifecycles from conception through completion, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. Proactively manage risks, anticipate challenges, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels. Facilitate clear communication, manage expectations, and ensure buy-in for project goals and solutions.

COMPETENCIES

- 2+ years of Solutions Architect experience: Proven experience as a Solutions Architect, leading and mentoring high-performing, cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to design scalable and efficient solutions while fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- 2+ years of Business Analyst experience: Strong background in business analysis, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and comprehensive documentation. Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- 2+ years of Technical Design experience: Capable of defining system components, integrations, and ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
- 2+ years of Project Management experience: Hands-on experience managing end-to-end project delivery. Skilled in prioritization, timeline management (ETAs), and coordinating with stakeholders. Confident in presenting updates and progress to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- 2+ years of Change Management experience: Experience driving organizational change initiatives, including developing and delivering training programs and materials. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to effectively promote adoption and ensure successful implementation of changes.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification/s
- University degree in computer science, software engineering, or other relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Condition/s
Work Schedule: Night Shift (8PM-5AM Manila)
