Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce-based solutions
• Design and implement customized Salesforce applications aligned with client needs
• Architect scalable Salesforce solutions and monitor system performance
• Create and maintain technical design and solution documentation
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and challenges
• Lead and manage technical teams across design, development, and implementation
• Drive adoption of latest Salesforce technologies and best practices
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Support projects across time zones, including flexibility to work outside scheduled shifts when needed
