What We're Looking For

Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in audit, IT support, application support, or a technology-focused role, with hands-on exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath and Alteryx.
• Experience supporting application development, implementation, and deployment initiatives
• Experience developing automation solutions using UiPath or similar RPA platforms

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in CaseWare, Alteryx, Power BI, and other audit or data analytics tools
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power Automate, UiPath, or similar scripting and automation technologies
• Strong understanding of application support, troubleshooting, and technology enablement
• Familiarity with data extraction, transformation, and analysis processes

What You'll Do

Technology Support & Enablement

• Provide day-to-day support for audit teams using digital audit tools such as CaseWare, Alteryx, Power BI, and DocuMine
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions with internal IT teams and external vendors

Tool Implementation & Optimization

• Assist with technical planning, requirements gathering, estimation, development, testing, and deployment activities
• Support the rollout, configuration, and optimization of audit and automation tools
• Gather user feedback and recommend enhancements to improve functionality and user experience

Training & Documentation

• Develop and deliver training programs and learning materials for audit professionals
• Maintain user guides, FAQs, process documentation, and best practice resources

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate and improve audit processes using Python, SQL, UiPath, Alteryx, and related technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and implement innovative solutions
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies to enhance audit capabilities and operational efficiency

Data Handling & Analysis

• Support audit teams with data extraction, transformation, and analysis activities
• Maintain data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational policies and standards
