Job Description

The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various mechanical systems and equipment. This role is critical in ensuring optimal performance and longevity of machinery, ultimately impacting overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Service Technicians typically work in a fast-paced environment, often on-site at client locations, requiring a balance of technical expertise and strong customer interaction skills to effectively address issues and deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues promptly and efficiently, providing timely solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Perform inspections of premises to identify maintenance needs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the installation of new equipment and fixtures, making necessary adjustments to accommodate operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance tasks completed, and any materials used for accountability and future reference.

Required Skills

  • Trouble shoot and repairs electrical systems
  • Repair of problematic machines
  • Conduct assessment of machine's problem
  • Atleast vocational diploma related in electronics, mechanical, electrical
  • Can diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
  • Good background in analyzing technical problems and identifying solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • With driver's license
