Job Description

Lead the application support team to deliver efficient solutions and maintain system reliability.
Oversee the resolution of technical issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience.
Monitor system operations to identify potential improvements and address challenges proactively.
Develop and implement support processes and best practices for application management.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure professional growth and development.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and align support strategies with business goals.
Prepare and present reports on application performance and support activities to management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful App Support Lead should have:

Proven experience leading Application Support, Service Delivery, or IT Operations teams.
Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the business.
Demonstrated success managing critical incidents and driving service improvements.
Strong understanding of ITIL service management principles.
Experience supporting enterprise applications in complex business environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance operational priorities while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Experience within pharmaceutical, manufacturing, life sciences, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
