As an App Mod Engineer Manager, you will lead the charge in developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Advisory practice, you will combine technical experience with creative thinking to deliver exceptional software products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and mentoring a team of software engineers to deliver quality applications that enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C#.NET
- Overseeing the application lifecycle management, including planning, development, and maintenance
- Utilizing application frameworks and platforms like Appian and Mendix to streamline development processes
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and improve software quality
- Collaborating with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into functional software solutions
- Implementing continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices to optimize software deployment
- Engaging in business process improvement and management to enhance client service delivery
- Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and embrace technology and innovation
What You Must Have
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's degree
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) for software projects
- Developing applications using Java, Python, and C#.NET
- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies
