REGIONAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
THE ROLE
Support Brunel Asia's marketing and communication needs by executing regional marketing plans, responding to local requests, and ensuring consistent, high-quality brand delivery across all channels. This role works closely with regional and global marketing teams and requires strong coordination, design, and digital skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with local stakeholders to understand needs and produce aligned marketing materials within brand, budget, and regional priorities
Draft, design, and format branded documents such as fact sheets, flyers, and country guides
Support proposals and presentations by creating on-brand layouts, graphics, and visuals
Coordinate print production including documents, signage, and large-format materials
Manage sourcing, production, and stock replenishment of branded merchandise
Contribute to regional marketing initiatives and ensure all outputs meet brand and quality standards
Create, assemble, and publish website content in the CMS, ensuring SEO best practices and compliance with global standards
Develop a steady pipeline of social media content (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to drive engagement and traffic
Apply best-practice social posting techniques including hashtags, tagging, and timing
Produce templates and assets to support recruitment and job-promotion activities
Handle or redirect inbound digital queries appropriately
Gather internal media (photos, videos) for use in digital content
Review digital analytics and provide insights to improve performance
Support internal and external event planning, including logistics, signage, multimedia, collateral, and supplier coordination
Assist with photography and post-event content sharing
Contribute to internal team celebrations and activities
Maintain the intranet by publishing, updating, and organising key content and marketing resources
Share local events and updates as internal news items
Work closely with Asia and global marketing teams to share knowledge, reuse materials, improve efficiency, and align local activity with global standards
Participate in global marketing discussions where relevant and adopt specialised skills to support regional needs
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or social media marketing/advertising
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) or Canva
Experience with content management systems or website platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Sitecore, etc.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new tools
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
High attention to detail and strong time management skills
Proactive, problem-solving, and positive mindset
Proficiency in the Chinese language is an added advantage
