APAC General Manager – Independent CHLITINA Franchise Operations

Location: Hong Kong SAR (Hybrid)

Reporting Line: Directly to Investor

About Our Business

We are an independently owned and operated authorised CHLITINA franchise business, with approximately 24 flagship beauty centres across Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Singapore, supported by a workforce of over 500 employees.

Our core operations are based in Mainland China, with an established presence in Hong Kong and Singapore.

We operate independently from CHLITINA's corporate headquarters, with our own investment strategy, management structure, and long-term business development plans.

As we continue strengthening our regional operations and exploring opportunities to develop our own brands, we are seeking an experienced APAC Director to oversee the business and support its next stage of sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall strategic and operational leadership across our regional business.
Oversee approximately 24 flagship beauty centres and a workforce of more than 500 employees.
Take responsibility for regional business performance, profitability, budgeting, and P&L management.
Develop and execute regional growth strategies while improving operational efficiency.
Build and strengthen the management team, organisational capabilities, and succession planning.
Enhance customer experience, service quality, CRM, and customer retention.
Identify opportunities for business expansion, brand development, and long-term investment returns.
Establish effective management systems, performance indicators, and operational standards.
Report directly to the Investor on business performance, strategic priorities, and major operational decisions.

Candidate Profile

Extensive senior management experience in multi-location retail, beauty, wellness, luxury, consumer services, or related industries.
Proven experience in regional operations and business leadership across Greater China or Asia Pacific.
Strong commercial judgment with substantial P&L management experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex organisational structures.
Experience in business transformation, market expansion, and sustainable profitability improvement.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
