About The Role
As a Regional Finance Manager at CBRE, you will serve as a pivotal leader within our finance operations. You will be responsible for overseeing financial performance, strategic planning, and reporting across a designated region. This role requires a balance of high-level analytical insight and operational precision, ensuring that our financial practices drive sustainable growth while maintaining strict compliance with global standards. You will partner closely with senior regional leadership to provide the financial intelligence necessary to make informed, data-driven decisions.
What You'll Do
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Financial Reporting
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Accounting and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to financial laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Develop and manage budgets for various business units and departments
- Analyze and report on actual vs budget performance
- Financial Planning and Strategy:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement financial strategies
- Provide financial guidance and support to business units to drive growth and profitability
- Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and accounting staff
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably in real estate or property services.
- Proficient in financial software, including Excel, financial planning and analysis tools, and accounting systems
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule
- Can start ASAP
