Role

Reporting to the APAC CEO with a dotted line to the Group CFO, you will be a key member of the regional leadership team, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to steer strategic direction and business performance. You will lead all aspects of finance across multiple markets, including financial planning, performance management, governance, treasury, and compliance. The role also involves driving operational excellence within manufacturing and supply chain finance, optimizing working capital, and ensuring robust investment governance. In addition, you will champion finance transformation initiatives, enhance systems and processes, and support M&A activities including due diligence and integration. Leading a regional team, you will foster a high-performance culture while aligning closely with global finance functions.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have at least 15 years of experience within multinational environments, including significant exposure to regional APAC responsibilities including China, India. You bring strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, and commercial finance, coupled with a deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks across the region. Prior experience managing teams and driving organizational transformation is essential. You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and contributing to executive decision-making. A collaborative leadership style, strong communication abilities, and a high level of integrity will be key to your success in this role.
