Key Responsibilities1. Enterprise Growth & Market Expansion
- Identify, engage, and secure enterprise-level clients across APAC, including large traders, logistics groups, supply chain service providers, and cross-border commerce platforms.
- Develop a strong pipeline of high-value accounts and convert opportunities into long-term, scalable partnerships.
- Take full ownership of regional business development initiatives from prospecting to deal closure.
2. Strategic Account Management
- Act as the primary commercial contact for assigned enterprise clients.
- Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (Director, VP, C-level).
- Continuously identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account lifetime value.
3. Solution Consulting & Deal Execution
- Diagnose client pain points related to cross-border fund flows, settlement efficiency, FX, and compliance.
- Propose tailored payment and trade finance solutions aligned with client operating models.
- Coordinate internally with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
4. Revenue Ownership & Performance Delivery
- Own revenue, transaction volume, and growth targets for the assigned markets.
- Track pipeline health, forecast accurately, and drive predictable results.
- Ensure commercial agreements are structured for long-term profitability.
5. Ecosystem & Brand Representation
- Represent the company in regional industry events, trade forums, and executive roundtables.
- Establish partnerships with ecosystem players such as logistics providers, trade service platforms, and financial institutions.
- Contribute market insights to support product strategy and regional expansion plans.
RequirementsProfessional Background
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, International Trade, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or strategic partnerships.
- Prior exposure to cross-border payments, international trade, logistics, supply chain finance, or B2B fintech services is highly preferred.
Core Capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, long-cycle enterprise deals.
- Existing network within logistics, trading companies, cross-border commerce, or related ecosystems.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure high-value agreements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills.
Additional Qualifications
- Fluent in English; additional APAC languages are a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
