AP Supervisor

• Supervise daily accounts payable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of high-volume invoices
• Manage 2-way and 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices, resolving discrepancies with relevant teams
• Oversee employee travel and expense reimbursement processes across multiple platforms
• Maintain vendor relationships and resolve billing or payment issues efficiently
• Review and approve payment runs, ensuring adherence to internal policies and controls
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger with the general ledger and investigate variances
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Drive improvement initiatives, including AP automation and process enhancements
• Support ERP system transition and integration activities
• Train, mentor, and manage performance of the AP team
