We are seeking a dedicated and organized Loan Processor to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for supporting both loan processing and credit assessment functions. Position:Mortgage Broker Assistant
Salary:PHP 60,000 - PHP 90,000/month
Working Hours & Conditions:Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end loan processing: application to settlement
- Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties
- Conduct credit analysis and assess borrower eligibility
- Prepare loan documentation, serviceability calculations, and lender comparisons
- Use CRM systems like MyCRM, Mercury, or Infynity
- Stay current with lender policies and industry updates
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker
- Strong understanding of both loan processing and credit analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
- Familiarity with major and non-major lenders in Australia
