ROLE SNAPSHOT

You own the end-to-end accuracy of the accounts payable and receivable cycles, ensuring that every transaction is verified, recorded, and reconciled without error. Your work ensures financial continuity by maintaining the integrity of the ledger and the timeliness of both disbursements and collections.

This is a high-volume, precision-focused role. You operate within defined accounting workflows, managing vendor communications and internal controls with strict adherence to deadlines. Best suited for financial professionals who value disciplined data management, thrive in structured remote environments, and take pride in resolving discrepancies before they impact the bottom line.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in dedicated Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles.
• Hands-on responsibility for processing invoices, matching POs, and managing collections.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience preparing financial summaries or reports.
• Experience operating under strict internal accounting controls and database backup protocols.
• Willingness to work the Night Shift (11 PM – 8 AM PH Time) and a reliable WFH setup.

STRONG SIGNALS

• Experience using Acumatica ERP advantage
• Proven history of managing Credit Card Reconciliations (RAMP).
• Background in communicating directly with international vendors regarding billing discrepancies.

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Accounts Payable Ownership You ensure all outgoing payments are authorized and accurate, maintaining healthy vendor relationships through reliability.

• Verify transaction information and schedule disbursements.
• Match Purchase Orders (POs) and enter invoices into the system daily.
• Reconcile credit card transactions against documentation and approvals.

Accounts Receivable & Revenue Collection You protect the organization's cash flow by ensuring all revenue is captured and delinquent accounts are addressed.

• Compute charges, issue refunds, and prepare/mail customer invoices.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and notify customers of insufficient payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and investigate documentation to resolve discrepancies.

Ledger Integrity & Reporting You maintain the source of truth for the company's financial health through meticulous record-keeping.

• Post all account transactions to maintain up-to-date accounting ledgers.
• Summarize account information and trends into actionable financial reports.
• Execute internal accounting controls to maintain financial security and data backups.
