Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for domestic account inquiries and customer care issues.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide support to customers regarding product information, order status, and account management.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service optimization.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: atleast 1year of SQL experience or 2 years of CSR/TSR or atleast 6 months of Digital Ads, Content Moderator, Digital Marketing or Digital Sales Experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Working Conditions: Standard office environment with potential for remote work opportunities.
