Animal Nutritionist

Location: Pasig City, Philippines

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a qualified Animal Nutritionist to develop, evaluate, and optimize nutrition programs for livestock and/or poultry to improve animal health, growth performance, and production efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with farm operations, veterinarians, and production teams to ensure cost-effective and scientifically sound feeding strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and evaluate feed and nutrition programs for poultry and/or livestock

Monitor animal performance and recommend nutritional adjustments

Analyze feed ingredients, rations, and production data to improve efficiency

Provide technical support on feeding management and feed quality control

Coordinate with veterinarians and farm managers to support animal health and productivity

Ensure compliance with industry standards and Philippine regulations

Conduct farm visits, audits, and performance reviews

Prepare technical reports and nutritional recommendations

Stay updated on advances in animal nutrition and feed technology

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field

Experience in animal or poultry nutrition is an advantage

Strong knowledge of feed formulation, raw materials, and feeding programs

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to travel and work on-site as required

Fresh graduates with a strong academic background may be considered (optional)
