About the Role
Join Jollibee Group as an Anaplan Officer, a critical role within our Manufacturing & Logistics Operations team. This full-time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila and will allow you to contribute to the strategic objectives of our fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Anaplan models to support business planning and analysis needs across the organization.
- Customize and configure Anaplan reports and dashboards to meet user requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust Anaplan solutions.
- Implement enhancements and optimize Anaplan models to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Provide training and ongoing support to Anaplan users across the business.
- Monitor Anaplan system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Stay up to date with the latest Anaplan features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, and Business Administration.
- With at least one (1) year of experience working with or using Anaplan platform.
- Completed at least Level 1 Model Building training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with business users.
- Proficiency in data modelling, formula building, and dashboard/report creation in Anaplan.
- Experience in Business Intelligence and data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Willing to work on a hybrid set-up in Ortigas, Pasig.
