Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components across various systems or applications, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of software applications to ensure optimal performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
Document development processes, code changes, and software specifications for future reference.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Anaplan.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to software development.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree on Finance / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management or related fields
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Must possess
Strong planning, forecasting, management reporting and finance concepts
Aptitude with Microsoft spreadsheet, power point, process design etc.
Strong business acumen and knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management process
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Strong Communication (written and verbal), Analytical and Organizational skills
Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Anaplan.
This position is based at our Manila office.
