About the Role

As an Analytics and Reports Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the team of Analytics Officer in generating reports and providing related analysis for the Risk Division and Collections Department. The purpose of this role is to ensure the Reports and Analytics Team is providing the required support to the Collections Division in terms of timely report creation and diligent analysis for strategic decision-making. This role also acts as an auxiliary role for the Analytics Unit Head.

How you'll contribute

  • Determine the feasible workload of each Analytics Officer and organize their allocation to ensure reporting and analytics needs of the Department are met.
  • Develop studies, models and/or statistical analysis that can be utilized for data-driven strategy decision making.
  • Develop and maintain a standard set of performance reports to evaluate all collections processes (operative reports, productivity reports, efficiency reports, etc.), and portfolio changes (cure rate trends, recovery rate trends, cost-efficiency trends, etc.), and ensure they are delivered to the parties responsible within an acceptable timeframe by Analytics Officers.
  • Provide data expertise, proactive support, and findings for any on-going system issues, investigations and implementing changes or projects, etc.
  • Generate additional self-made reports with the support of analysis to search for possible opportunities of process enhancement in collections and trends in collections portfolio development (cure rates, recovery rates, write-off rates, etc.).
  • Responsible for managing the overall team's capacity and recommending required changes with the direction and support of the Analytics Unit Head.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics/Mathematics.
  • With at least 5- 10 years of relevant experience, with advanced knowledge on programming tools/languages such as R, SQL, SAS, Visual Basic, Power BI, AWS, etc.
  • Experience in Collections and Risk reporting and analytics
  • With experience in leading team (people management).
