Role Overview
The Analyst, Reporting and Business Intelligence is responsible for developing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports, ensuring data integrity, and deriving actionable insights to support decision-making across departments. The role requires a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics
- Design, create, and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support Senior Leaders and Operations in their decision-making process.
- Transform complex data sets into easy-to-understand visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or other tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Identify key performance trends, areas of opportunity, and potential issues within assigned reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for reporting and data analysis from internal stakeholders, ensuring a timely and thorough delivery.
Data Quality & Performance Management
- Conduct regular data quality checks across various systems to ensure that reports are accurate, reliable, and free of discrepancies.
- Maintain and update employee performance reporting files by segment or site, ensuring that all performance data is accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with other Departments to resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies found in systems such as QORE, USCF, UKG/Kronos.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between departments such as Finance, HR, Training and Recruitment to understand and fulfill their reporting and data analysis needs.
- Communicate with HR and Operations Leaders regarding agent performance, success plans, and improvement opportunities.
- Use reporting insights to suggest data-driven improvements to business processes, performance management strategies, and operational workflows.
Process Improvement & Optimization
- Identify and suggest areas for optimization in reporting and data management processes to improve efficiency and reduce redundancy.
- Recommend and support the implementation of new tools, techniques, and processes based on emerging trends and feedback from stakeholders.

- Technical Proficiency in BI Tools: Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and/or SQL for advanced data analysis and visualization. Experience with other data tools is a plus.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification/s
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau) are an advantage but not required.
Professional Qualification/s
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, information technology, or a related field with a focus on generating reports and dashboards.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is preferred.
- Knowledge in Power Query, SQL, or similar programming languages is an advantage but not required.
