Our Finance Global Business Services is seeking an Analyst – Record to Report to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for performing accounting and reporting activities across the Record to Report cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The role supports the Subject Matter Expert and Team Leader in month-end close activities, reconciliations, and maintaining the integrity of general ledger data.

What you'll do

• Perform Record to Report activities – prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and other accounting transactions accurately and in accordance with company policies.
• Manage reconciliations and financial close processes – perform general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Analyze and resolve discrepancies – investigate variances, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution of financial issues.
• Support audits and compliance – maintain accurate financial records, provide audit documentation, and ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and internal controls.
• Collaborate and improve processes – work closely with finance teams, support audit queries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

About you

• 1–3 years of experience in Record to Report, General Ledger, or a related accounting function (fresh graduates with accounting backgrounds are welcome).
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong accounting knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and experience supporting month-end close activities.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and sound decision-making ability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
