  • QESH Strategic Support: Manage the centralized collection and analysis of performance data and QESH Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organization to support strategic planning and alignment provide support for the organization's ESG / sustainability program and roadmap

  • Performance Analysis & Knowledge: Conduct routine data analysis to identify performance trends, themes and improvement opportunities, while maintaining the central knowledge repository for best practices

  • QESH Training and Competency: Support the development of QESH competency program Execute the coordination and logistical support for QESH training and awareness programs, and maintain accurate records of employee competence and compliance

  • Stakeholder Management: Prepare and coordinate the timely compilation and distribution of QESH communications and reporting materials for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to established reporting requirement

  • Governance of QESH Programs: Execute data collection, reporting, and documentation across core QESH programs to ensure operational adherence to defined procedures and support the overall governance of these programs

  • Establishment and Maintenance of Corporate-wide Management Systems: Execute the operational and data integrity functions for corporate-wide management systems, including preparing performance analysis for management reviews, supporting audit readiness, and ensuring ongoing documentation and monitoring of business processes.

  • Management of Enterprise Content Management System: Execute and coordinate the full lifecycle of corporate policies and instructional documents, ensuring process discipline, maintaining version control and security protocols, and providing administrative support for key governance reviews

  • Business Process Management Discipline: Execute assigned project tasks, perform data analysis, and track project metrics to actively support the implementation of process improvement projects and ensure adherence to established governance structures

  • Occasional travel, both local and international, is expected for this role.
