Job Description

Toyota Motor Philippines is seeking an Analyst Programmer to join our Information Systems Department located at Toyota Special Economic Zone, Santa Rosa – Tagaytay Hi-way, Santa Rosa, Laguna.

As a key member of the Service Delivery Team, the Analyst Programmer is responsible for analyzing business and system requirements, supporting existing applications and delivering application development enhancements and solutions.

Your role and responsibilities:

Support and Service Delivery

  • Provide software maintenance and support for existing systems in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Resolve system-related incidents and fulfill service requests within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Respond to user inquiries and coordinate with internal TMP stakeholders and external local affiliates to ensure timely support and issue resolution System Changes and Continuous Improvement
  • Develop and implement system change requests (CRs) in accordance with established standards and processes
  • Develop and implement countermeasures or kaizen initiatives for recurring incidents classified as problems
  • Consult on proposed business or system kaizen and help ensure effective, sustainable improvements System Handover and Readiness
  • Conduct code reviews and evaluate new systems and projects to be handed over to the support team
  • Receive training and prepare for systems approved for handover to the support team Project, Vendor, and Stakeholder Coordination
  • Implement and support small- to medium-scale system development projects in accordance with standard development lifecycles and processes
  • Support the management of third-party systems and vendors, including issue communication, solution analysis, and monitoring of implementation and usage
  • Coordinate with vendor developers, internal stakeholders, and external local affiliates to track issue resolution, review user and design requirements, and help ensure vendor-delivered system quality

Skills required:


  • Programming and software development experience using the Microsoft development platform, including C#, .NET, and MS SQL
  • Web development knowledge in ASP.NET MVC and related client technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile) and project management concepts
  • Business analysis, systems analysis and design, and technical documentation
  • Software quality assurance and software testing skills, including unit testing
  • Web API development using ASP.NET Core and related technologies such as XML and JSON
  • Microsoft Power Platform and or Microsoft Graph development experience
  • Knowledge of .NET mobile development frameworks such as MAUI and Xamarin
  • Web development knowledge related to application security, privacy, and performance
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in programming is expected.
