Role: Analyst Programmer
Job OverviewThe Analyst Programmer is a mid-level technical role responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions with limited supervision. This position plays a key role in delivering functional system modules, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with business and architectural objectives. The role also provides occasional guidance to junior team members while contributing to overall system quality and performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and maintain functional software modules that meet defined business and technical requirements
Debug and resolve moderately complex issues to support system stability and performance improvements
Perform system troubleshooting and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
Document code changes, system updates, and technical enhancements for future reference and team collaboration
Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment with technical goals and system architecture
Provide occasional technical guidance and support to Junior Analysts to aid their professional development
Contribute to the implementation of technical plans with moderate impact on system operations and deliverables
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in software development, programming, or system analysis
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript
Familiarity with frameworks and technologies including Angular, AngularJS, Vue.js, and Spring Boot (Java)
Experience using debugging tools and applying software troubleshooting techniques
Working knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL and MS SQL
Understanding of system analysis concepts and software design principles
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with moderate independence
Effective communication and collaboration skills within project teams
