Role : Analyst Programmer - Content Loader
Location : Alabang Muntinlupa
Work Type : Hybrid - 3 days onsite in a week

Job Description:
I. POSITION OBJECTIVE/ JOB SUMMARY:(Brief description of why the position exists or the overall purpose of the job.)
Coordinates with Section Head/Technical Team Lead for task assignments, support and other media development-related instructions and content management.
Provides user support and may suggest systems and process improvements.
Occasionally, takes the initiative in ensuring movement of the phases of the projects assigned to him.
II. KEY RESULTS AREAS/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:(Describes the results for which the position has an on-going accountability. Accountabilities are statement of the important end results, which the job needs to achieve to justify its existence. Each accountability statement should relate to a single end result which must be accomplished and to which some measurement of performance can be applied.)
1. Technical Abilities
a. Knowledgeable in different CMS platforms including (but not limited to) Coremedia, Strapi, Drupal, or Wordpress to adopt digital strategies/approach for business, products and marketing
b. Evaluates request for new or modified program to determine feasibility, time required, compatibility and dependency with current system(s).
c. Consults with Technical/Team Leader to clarify project / initiative objectives.
d. Formulates plan outlining steps required for content loading, using structured analysis and process, and submits plans to Section Head/ Technical Team Lead for approval.
e. Performs unit testing on different Content Management Systems.
f. Writes documentations related to project/initiatives:
i. Initiation document stating clear project objectives
iii. Estimation of efforts Document to describe interactive content development and corrections
iv. Status updating
v. Unit testing
vi. User Documentation
vii. Project Closure
g. Recreates or simulates steps taken by user to locate source of problem and rewrites program to correct errors.
h. Provide resolutions on the concerns related to the project.
i. Assists in the knowledge transfer during project turn-over.
2. Customer Service
a. Manages customer relationship and maintains high quality service ensuring customer satisfaction.
b. Assists in the knowledge transfer during project turn-over.
3. Administrative
a. Maintains and updates daily monitoring of service deliverables;
b. Prepares and submits of needed reports;
c. Follow guidelines on file naming, handling, storage and archiving.
4. Teamwork
a. Ensure continuity of providing service by flexibly adjusting to help other team members.
5. Learning and Development
a. Expand knowledge on business process and IT related information;
b. Stay abreast of current technology, systems information, problems, changes and updates relevant to the team;
6. Confidentiality
a. Shall not disclose any confidential information in respect to the affairs of the Company to any unauthorized person;
7. Performance of other tasks as maybe assigned
III. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION(Requirements):
a. Education
Bachelor's or College degree in Multimedia Arts, Computer Science, Information Technology and/or related field is preferred but not necessary.
b. Experience
Has at least two (2) years of experience in content loading.
Experience with Coremedia and Strapi is a big plus
c. Skills
Knowledge in using Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, After effects)
Ability to analyze user requirements and specifications and translate into an approach to handle the loading of contents such as translations, image, and video loading.
Ability to handle support in the context of current user specification.
Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
Knows how to communicate with difficult/problematic user
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment.
Strong quality checking skill.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and able to set priorities;
Has customer service orientation;
d. Work hours and working conditions
To provide and deliver solutions within the defined timeline across regions, may need to go on different shifts or extended working hours.
Some days may be heavy while others may be light. Longer hours may be required when a need arises.
