About The Role

The Analyst Program Partner Support role provides analytical and operational support to partner programs and financial operations. You will assist in validating data, preparing partner files, reconciling transactions, and supporting settlements and reporting activities for partner portfolios. The position requires strong analytical skills, good communication, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

This role is based in Cebu within the shared services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support partner program operations including data validation, reporting, and portfolio monitoring.
  • Prepare and reconcile partner files accurately and ensure timely submission.
  • Assist in reviewing deal data and financial documents used across Finance, Risk, Treasury, and other teams.
  • Track and resolve operational issues through regular coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed records, documentation, and reconciliations using Excel and internal tools.
  • Support process improvement, automation efforts, and partner integrations as needed.
  • Participate in partner and crossfunctional calls to help resolve outstanding items.
  • Assist in documentation requirements for audit, compliance, or partnerrelated inquiries.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • Experience in finance, analysis, operations, or partner support functions preferred.
  • Exposure to shared services, financial processes, or partner/portfolio management is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • ERP exposure preferred (SAP or any ERP accepted).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
