Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Analyst with deep expertise in market research,
competitive intelligence, data analysis, and business modeling. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research and competitive
benchmarking, supporting customer segmentation and payment behavior analysis, and
contributing to business case modeling for revenue projections. The role also involves
developing high-quality presentations for senior management (SteerCo), tracking data
requests, and managing outstanding items and escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Market Research and Competitive Benchmarking
Perform in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies,
and customer preferences.
Benchmark product offerings, pricing models, and payment trends against key
competitors.
Provide actionable insights to improve business positioning and growth strategies.
Support Customer Segmentation and Payment Behavior Analysis
Analyze customer segmentation models to identify key customer personas and
target segments.
Evaluate customer payment behavior patterns and usage trends to identify revenue
opportunities.
Collaborate with business teams to refine segmentation strategies and optimize
payment offerings.
Assess Business Case Modeling for Revenue Projections
Develop and refine business case models to forecast revenue and identify growth
levers.
Evaluate financial implications of proposed initiatives and assess their impact on
profitability.
Conduct sensitivity analysis and scenario modeling to ensure data-driven decision-
making.
Develop Weekly and SteerCo Decks, Track Data Requests
Prepare weekly reports and SteerCo presentations for senior leadership.
Track and manage incoming data requests to ensure timely response and accuracy.
Synthesize data insights into clear and impactful visual formats.
Track Outstanding Items and Manage Escalations
Monitor and track project KPIs, outstanding issues, and escalation points.
Identify potential bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions to ensure project
timelines are met.
Provide timely updates on key project milestones and outstanding issues to
stakeholders.

Market Research and Competitive Intelligence:
Strong expertise in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market and competitive
data.
Data Analysis and Business Modeling:
Proficiency in analyzing large datasets, developing business models, and generating
actionable insights.
Payment Revenue Structure and Projections:
Deep understanding of payment revenue models, including transaction-based and
subscription models.
Customer Segmentation and Behavior Analysis:
Expertise in customer segmentation, profiling, and analyzing payment behavior
patterns.
Presentation Development and Reporting:
Ability to create professional, high-impact presentations for senior management.
Project Tracking and KPI Management:
Experience in tracking project deliverables, KPIs, and outstanding issues with a keen
eye for detail.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a
related field.
Experience:
14+ years of experience in market research, business analysis, and data-driven
decision-making.
Proven track record of working in payment ecosystems, digital banking, or fintech
environments.
Hands-on experience in competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, and
business modeling.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Expertise in presentation tools such as PowerPoint with strong visualization skills.
Familiarity with financial modeling and sensitivity analysis techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in data analytics, business intelligence, or project management.
Experience in managing complex analytics projects and developing strategic
recommendations.
Background in fintech, payments, or financial services industries.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
