About the Role:
The Loan Processing & Broker Support Analyst will play a critical role in overseeing and executing end-to-end administrative and operational processes that support brokers in delivering optimal loan outcomes. This includes analyzing and managing the work and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve queries. The role also involves tracking loan progress, identifying process improvements, and ensuring adherence to compliance requirements throughout the lending cycle.

Proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
Skilled in assessing and interpreting large data sets accurately to support loan analysis and decision-making.
Proactive in staying informed about industry trends, compliance requirements, and organizational priorities.
About the Project:
Pierian Solutions, an Australia-based financial services firm, offers a comprehensive range of loan solutions including Home Loans, Commercial Loans, Auto Finance, and Refinancing. Known for professionalism, expertise, and clear communication, the team focuses on achieving the best outcomes while building lasting client relationships and providing continuous support.
We are establishing a capability center of over 50 professionals within the next 12 months, dedicated to managing loan processing and administration activities such as lead follow-ups, appointment scheduling, credit diary notes preparation, valuation tracking, and settlement management. This center will serve as a comprehensive back-office support hub for brokers, ensuring efficiency and seamless service delivery.
