- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- CPA or masters degree or equivalent is an advantage
- Experience on Inventory and Cost Accounting with a minimum of 2+ years meaningful experience, preferably but not limited to semiconductor or manufacturing industry
- Exposure in the following is preferred: SAP/S4 Hana System, Data Analysis Tools such as but not limited to Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview
- Background in Inventory Risks and Controls, SOX requirements, Finance Audit, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Experience in systems implementation or integration is an advantage
- Critical thinking skills and keen to details
- Proficient in dealing with big data and be able to use data analysis tools to provide reports that will help influence managements decisions.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to introduce process improvements and streamline current processes
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (excel, word, ppt)
- Flexibility in working hours to effectively collaborate with different teams across the globe
- Professional and personal integrity beyond reproach
- Perform and implement inventory cycle count controls - monitor results, report/research discrepancies
- Analyze variances and support inventory data in various business units, products, and process flows
- Perform monthly financial close and reporting.
- Drive to attain audit compliant environment by implementing right and tight controls in inventory management.
- Support internal/external audit requests related to inventory cycle count and cost accounting.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed to help drive business results.
- Ability to work independently and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Support business set up focusing on inventory accounting which includes but not limited to pre-launch coordination with project core team, IT, and business partners on system set up, end to end process, system testing and post-deployment validation.
- Works and collaborates with cross-functional teams for system controls and processes, project completion, system enhancements and report improvements.
