Job Description
- Conducts and reports preparation of the inventory cycle counts for Finished Goods (Warehouse), WIP (Die bank, Probe and Final Test), unshipped lots, other inventories
- Analysis and reconciliation of spare parts and packaging materials financial transactions
- Support for the forecast/plan preparation: Support cost allocation, follow-up, and review of departmental budget inputs, loading of forecast to GL system
- Preparation of departmental cost reports and gathering of variance explanations
- Support for the monthly financial reporting: volume, headcount, P&L analysis, and Key Result Areas
- Assist in the preparation of Cost Savings Analysis of various projects
- Assist in other accounting areas as needed
Requirements/Qualifications
BS Accountancy Graduate
Knowledgeable in MSOffice (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Team player
With good communication and planning/organizing skills
Can multitask
With at least 2 years accounting working experience
With SAP or other ERP system background
Knowledge on SOX and Internal Controls
Knowledge on Accounting Standards (PFRS, IFRS), PHIL and US GAAP Principles
