About the role:

We're looking for an Analyst – Finance Business Partner to join our global Finance team, supporting regional business operations.

In this role, you'll partner closely with commercial and operational leaders to deliver meaningful financial insights, support performance tracking, and help drive better business decisions. You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team, working across a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your analysis will directly influence outcomes.

This is a hybrid and mid-shift role, designed to support our regional stakeholders while being based within our global business services environment.

What you will be doing:

Business Decision Support

  • Deliver accurate, timely and insightful financial reports to support business performance
  • Provide analysis on trends, margins, and key drivers to support commercial decision-making
  • Support regular reporting cycles including monthly reviews, forecasts, and performance updates
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Support the annual budgeting process across functional teams
  • Assist with short-term and long-term forecasting cycles
  • Ensure financial data is accurate, complete, and aligned across cost centres

Cost & Performance Management

  • Monitor and analyse costs, tracking performance against budgets and forecasts
  • Work with budget owners to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive accountability
  • Support financial modelling and business case preparation where required

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure financial processes and reporting align with global standards
  • Support accurate accruals, balance sheet management, and spend tracking
  • Maintain a strong focus on controls, compliance, and data integrity

What you will bring:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Around 3–5 years experience in a commercial finance or analyst role
  • Experience working in a large, global or complex organisation
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is advantageous
  • A proactive, curious mindset with strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate data into insights
