Develops new applications and systems that will enable the Contact Center to scale up in minimizing additional FTE/headcount requirement as the bank expands its business
Handles and participates in special projects of the CCC that will improve productivity, increase the sales output, reduce expenses, enhance customer experience and advance employee engagement
Supports in terms of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence, Database Management, Information Presentation, SharePoint Automation, Power Business Intelligence, SAS Data Integration / Enterprise Guide, Microsoft Office Macro Development and CRM Development
Cascades applicable automation initiatives to other groups of the bank
Expected to perform project management on the initiatives assigned to him
Responsibilities
Analyze CCC and other banking unit/user requirements and recommends / looks for solutions given available tools
Performs data scrubbing of raw data.
Ensure correct use of data types, data conversions and field references to avoid referential integrity issues.
Handles complex special projects that will improve productivity and increase sales output, reduce expense and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor's in Computer Science / Information System / MIS / Mathematics/ Statistics / Operations Research / Economics / Business
With 3-5 years of Customer Service Applications Development and Database Specialist experience
Background in: Microsoft SQL Database Programming, Development of Microsoft Power BI Reports, Data warehousing, Extract-Transform-Load (ETL), SharePoint Lists/Document Libraries, Project Management
