Your Mission
Build and manage key partnerships, and develop additional initiatives to deepen engagement and grow revenue, content, and/ or brand results.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like
- Identify new leads in the market, initiate engagement, and negotiate deals that contribute to defined metrics
- Drive negotiations with partners as a company contact point to align and represent multiple internal business unit objectives
- Co-create new products and services with partners and the various specialist teams of Shopee
- Plan, conceptualize, and execute promotional/marketing campaigns while collaborating with partners to ensure success
- Understand the market and key players. Be proactive, and bring new ideas and initiatives to the table
- Expected Results: Push negotiations in order to meet designated KPIs
- Implement new partners and optimize to achieve and grow target results
- Control campaign-specifics and overall budget, and coordinate campaigns with other marketing channels within the company
- Be in charge of contract revisions in English with the legal team's support
- Push performance and activate new partnership base
- Highlight growth opportunities and facilitate solutions with partner and internal teams to continually optimize partnership-driven campaigns
- Track results at a partner level to understand the success of selected partnerships and provide insights for future decision-making
- Be highly analytical and results-oriented, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights and compelling presentation materials
- Understand the partnership's success and facilitate decision-making.
Requirements:
What You Need to Take on This Challenge
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Engineering, ADM or a related field
- Advanced level of Excel and Power Point (presenting tools)
- Advanced English
- Relevant work experience
- Experience in a startup, VC (Venture Capitalist), and/ or company-building context, as well as partnership
- business development
- project management, is a plus.
