About The Role

As an AML Training Facilitator within Financial Crime Threat Management (FCTM) Operational Excellence team, you will strengthen employee capabilities in AML Operations by designing and facilitating role-based learning aligned with the Financial Crime Portfolio Learning Strategy and Financial Crime Accreditation Program. You will ensure learning materials stay up to date with evolving financial crime typologies and trends.

You will work closely with the FCTM Talent Manager to deliver operational learning that promotes competence, confidence, and compliance.

Work Hours: M-F, Dayshift

What will your day look like

As part of the FCTM Operational Excellence team, the AML Training Facilitator will:

  • Deliver role-specific AML training that supports the Operations workforce by using skillsbased learning techniques tailored to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Translate key insights and findings from functions such as Quality Control and Quality Assurance into actionable learning interventions, ensuring continuous improvement and a closed feedback loop.
  • Collaborate with the FCTM Talent Manager to design and develop blended learning programs, including eLearning modules, PowerPoint learning packs, capability assessments, and evaluation tools.
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of various learning and development initiatives that promote ongoing employee growth and capability building.

What will you bring


To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in facilitating, designing, and developing blended learning solutions that drive meaningful skill development.
  • Strong application of adult learning principles and techniques to create engaging, accessible, and outcomefocused learning experiences.
  • A track record of coaching and developing others to elevate capability, productivity, and performance in a fastmoving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex AML concepts and adapt content to diverse learning styles.
  • Effective multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines in a dynamic, highpace setting.
  • Experience in AML or Financial Crime is beneficial but not essential
