Job Description

Job Summary

The AML Digital Records Officer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing all AML/CFT/CPF-related records in both physical and digital formats. The role ensures compliance with AMLC, PAGCOR, Data Privacy, and other regulatory requirements by organizing, digitizing, preserving, and retrieving company records and data.

The position also requires technical knowledge in database management, digital record systems, and basic IT-related processes to support secure and efficient data handling.

Duties and Responsibilities

Directly report to the AMLA Compliance Officer.

Ensure compliance with AMLC Registration and Reporting Guidelines (ARRG), Compliance Optimization and Registration System (CORS), DIGICUR requirements, Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the E-Commerce Act of 2000.

Manage the collection, recording, organization, storage, preservation, and retrieval of AML/CFT/CPF-related documents in both physical and electronic formats.

Maintain and monitor digital records, databases, and electronic filing systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.

Handle record-keeping requirements mandated by AMLA, PAGCOR, and other related regulatory bodies.

Maintain records related to customer identity verification, login activities, foreign IP addresses, and other monitoring requirements for internet-based gaming operations.

Coordinate with the Compliance Officer and Operations Team to ensure proper data management and regulatory compliance.

Provide requested reports and records to AMLC, PAGCOR, and other authorized agencies when necessary.

Prepare weekly reports and status updates regarding record-keeping activities and compliance requirements.

Support the digitization and automation of records management processes.

Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information.

Assist in database management, data encoding, system organization, and related IT-supported compliance tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience in record-keeping, document management, compliance, or data management from banking, gaming, casino, or related industries is preferred.

Familiarity with databases, electronic filing systems, or basic programming/coding is an advantage.

Knowledge of AMLA regulations, PAGCOR compliance requirements, and Data Privacy regulations is preferred.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in handling records and reports.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital record systems.

Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus.

Must have good moral character and should not be included in PAGCOR's NDRP and TED Systems
