Americas, MDM Analyst

Integrated Business Operations / Customer Enabling

Brief description of the role

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world. As an MDM Analyst, you will perform core master data operations for material records in SAP/DMr and legacy tools. You will process requests within SLAs, facilitate data collection and approvals, and follow governance and documentation standards, focusing on entry-to-medium difficulty queue work and continuous improvement.

Main challenges

  • Maintain data accuracy and compliance with global governance across customer, vendor, and material data.
  • Meet SLA and cycle time targets while managing multiple queues.
  • Ensure complete data collection/approvals and escalate issues when needed.

Main activities

  • Queue management: Monitor and process create/extend/change/deactivate/cleanse/reactivate across customer, vendor, and material domains within SLAs.
  • Material data (SAP): Create/extend materials to plants/storage maintain base, purchasing/MRP/plant attributes update specific material settings per region.
  • Data quality & reporting: Run simple EDQ support cleanup and Long Tail monthly process provide operational reports maintain routing/workflow configuration.
  • Documentation & compliance: Follow job aids support training materials provide audit evidence escalate issues as needed.

  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years in operational data/finance/supply chain processes SAP and Salesforce experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office strong attention to detail and communication quick learner collaborative.

Preferred

  • Hands-on with customer/vendor/material setup, COR/PIR/costing, EDQ basics, and Power BI/Excel macros.
  • Experience creating process flows/training materials.
