Qualifications

Required

  • 3-5 years of experience administering enterprise SaaS or cloud platforms, including hands-on AWS administration using IAM, accounts, CloudTrail, and CLI/SDK tools
  • Experience administering Amazon Quick, QuickSight, or a comparable enterprise BI/AI platform, including roles, permissions, SPICE, and data sources
  • Working knowledge of enterprise identity management, including AWS IAM Identity Center, SAML single sign-on, and SCIM provisioning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID administration, including app registrations, delegated and application OAuth permissions, Microsoft Graph scopes, and tenant administrator consent
  • Understanding of connectors and APIs, including OAuth, MCP, and OpenAPI, and data fundamentals, including datasets, data preparation, and SPICE versus direct query
  • Strong understanding of security and governance principles, including least-privilege access, data classification, and auditability
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support nontechnical users

Preferred

  • AWS certification, such as Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator, and/or direct QuickSight experience
  • Experience with infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or Terraform and scripting for repeatable provisioning and governance
  • Experience transitioning platforms from pilot to production and managing change and user enablement at scale
  • Experience in a media, advertising, or agency environment

Responsibilities

Platform Administration and User Provisioning

  • Administer Amazon Quick accounts, including roles and tiers (Reader, Author, Reader Pro, Author Pro, and Admin), groups, and namespaces.
  • Provision and deprovision users, manage group-to-role mappings, and update access as teams and roles change.
  • Manage SPICE capacity, account settings, customization, and subscriptions.

Identity and Single Sign-On

  • Administer sign-in through AWS IAM Identity Center integrated with Microsoft Entra ID using SAML and automated SCIM provisioning, ensuring access aligns with Entra group membership.
  • Troubleshoot authentication issues and collaborate with the internal IT team on tenant-level identity configuration.

Connectors and Integrations

  • Configure and maintain data sources and action connectors, including Microsoft 365 and other integrations using OAuth, MCP, and OpenAPI.
  • Enable and govern administrator-configured Slack and Microsoft Teams extensions, including Microsoft Graph app registrations and tenant consent required for Outlook and Teams actions.
  • Maintain a connector request pipeline and prioritize new integrations with stakeholders.

Security and Governance

  • Enforce least-privilege access through namespaces, folders, custom permissions, and row-level and column-level security.
  • Configure approval policies for sharing agents, knowledge bases, and spaces, and maintain auditability through CloudTrail.
  • Govern agents, flows, spaces, and knowledge bases, including document classification and access to sensitive content.

Environment and Migration

  • Operate non-production and production instances and maintain parity between environments.
  • Plan and execute the migration of users and assets from non-production to production with minimal disruption.

Enablement, Support, and Documentation

  • Provide first-line support for access and connector issues, and triage and escalate concerns to AWS or the internal IT team as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials, runbooks, and self-service documentation, and support training and adoption.
  • Manage ad hoc requests through a clear intake process to organize and prioritize demand.

Monitoring and Optimization

  • Monitor usage, adoption, performance, and costs, report on rollout health, and recommend improvements.

First 90 Days

  • Assume responsibility for provisioning and establish a clear intake process for access and connector requests.
  • Complete and document the Microsoft 365 connector setup for Outlook and Teams, including appropriate Microsoft Graph consent and governance.
  • Develop the non-production-to-production migration plan and begin execution with minimal disruption.
  • Establish baseline monitoring for adoption, performance, and costs.
