Job Description
As an AmazonPay Per Click Specialist, you will execute and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns within established strategies and SOPs, supporting performance and efficiency goals across the catalog. Success in this position is measured not by tenure, but by disciplined ASIN-level execution, the ability to work independently under guidance, awareness of key retail signals affecting ad performance, and consistent optimization that supports ACOS and growth targets.

The Qualifications We Seek
Education Level Description
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field required
Required Experience
- 3-5 years managing Amazon PPC campaigns
Other Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards
- Familiarity with Amazon Advertising Console, Seller Central/Vendor Central, and keyword research tools (Helium 10, PacVue, Data Dive, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Proven ability to combine AI and Helium 10 workflows for predictive bidding and keyword optimization
- Skilled in A/B testing using AI and Helium 10 analytics
- Knowledge of aligning PPC campaign performance with SEO insights

- Skilled in AI-enhanced copy creation and A/B testing for ad creatives
Your Daily Tasks
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Execute Amazon PPC campaigns (primarily Sponsored Products, with limited Sponsored Brands exposure)
- Manage keyword bids, budgets, negatives, placements, and basic bid rules
- Perform daily and weekly optimizations using SOPs and checklists
- Launch, maintain, and update campaigns in Amazon Advertising Console and approved tools
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs including ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
- Pull and maintain performance reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or dashboards
- Flag underperforming campaigns and escalate issues with supporting data
Retail & Catalog Awareness
- Maintain awareness of PDP quality, reviews, Buy Box status, and inventory levels
- Identify visible retail issues such as out-of-stock products or Buy Box loss
- Understand how retail health impacts PPC performance, with guidance from senior teammates
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with Account Managers and Marketplace Team Leads
- Coordinate with Creative and Marketplace teams to ensure ad readiness
- Follow direction on product prioritization, spend allocation, and testing initiatives
