The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working within Amazon Seller Central and is comfortable troubleshooting issues, opening and managing Seller Support cases, submitting required documentation, and using Amazon flat files for bulk listing and catalog updates. This is an operational role and does not include graphic design or creative production responsibilities.

  • Follow up consistently on unresolved cases.
  • Escalate or reopen cases when Amazon responses do not adequately resolve the issue.
  • Maintain organized records of open cases, status, actions taken, and resolution.
  • Communicate significant issues, delays, or risks to the Account Manager or appropriate team member.

Account & Listing Health

  • Proactively monitor account and catalog health for issues that may impact product availability or sales.
  • Identify listing problems before they become significant client-facing issues.
  • Assist with policy violations, restricted-product issues, listing deactivations, and other Seller Central notifications as assigned.
  • Maintain accurate internal tracking of outstanding issues and completed resolutions.

  • Experience supporting multiple Amazon brands or Seller Central accounts.
  • Agency or Amazon marketplace service-provider experience.
  • Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, or similar Amazon marketplace platforms.
