Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Management:
- Manage and optimize marketplace channels such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with platform-specific policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve channel performance and resolve operational issues.
2. Listing Management:
- Update and maintain product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with brand standards.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Conduct routine audits to identify and correct listing discrepancies.
3. Trading Website Operations:
- Ensure the trading website's performance, including product updates, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to improve user experience.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across channels and generate actionable insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for growth opportunities.
5. Customer Support Collaboration:
- Work closely with the customer service team to address marketplace-related inquiries and issues.
- Implement feedback loops to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in marketplace operations (e.g., social media), eCommerce, or a related role.
- Proven expertise in managing multiple marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, WooCommerce).
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and online merchandising strategies is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
