About the Job Role Summary The Amazon Marketplace Operations Specialist serves as the primary day-to-day operator for our Amazon Seller Central (3P) and Vendor Central (1P) accounts. This role is responsible for end-to-end product onboarding, catalog integrity, proactive promotional planning, strict operational SLA compliance, clear multi-channel communication, and aggressive hands-on issue resolution through Amazon Case Management and Brand Registry. Case Management Expertise: Proven track record troubleshooting account flags, content suppressions, and

unauthorized sellers via Case Management and Brand Registry.

Proactive Execution: Ability to build long-lead promotional calendars, anticipate platform deadlines, and

resolve listing obstacles independently.

Operational Precision: Strong history of meeting strict fulfillment handling times, order defect thresholds, and

account health standards.

Bonus Qualifications: Experience working with online product databases, Product Information Management

(PIM), or Digital Asset Management (DAM) software.

Responsibilities Core Responsibilities

  • Product Onboarding & Catalog Integrity: Execute seamless 1P and 3P product launches using digital marketing assets and online product databases (PIM). Rapidly fix catalog errors, update content, resolve variation issues, and manage bulk flat files.
  • Policy & Category Compliance: Monitor Amazon workspace feeds, news notifications, and category rule changes regularly. Ensure all listings and operational procedures remain 100% compliant with Amazon's evolving requirements.
  • Issue Resolution & Root Cause Escalation: Resolve listing suppressions, hijackers, buy box losses, price erosion, and 1P Purchase Order discrepancies through Case Management. Exhaust all troubleshooting efforts before escalating critical risks to leadership.
  • Proactive Promotional Calendar: Develop and execute a long-lead promotional calendar based on Amazon's availability windows. Track major events (Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday) months in advance to ensure deals and coupons are active well before cutoffs.
  • Operational SLAs & Service: Process Merchant-Fulfilled (FBM) orders on schedule, upload tracking numbers on time, and maintain clear, professional communication with both Amazon customers and support teams.
  • Inventory Reconciliation & Audit: Audit inbound FBA shipments, log lost/damaged stock claims for reimbursement, and ensure Amazon inventory counts accurately match across to our internal records. Salary & Benefits
