Rate: Php 238.09

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Amazon Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our clients brands on Amazon and across e-commerce platforms. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling and conversion-focused visual assets, including Amazon product images, A+ Content, Brand Storefronts, display ads, and promotional materials.

The Amazon Graphic Designer will work closely with Brand Management, Advertising, and Marketplace teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver high-quality designs that enhance product visibility, storytelling, and customer engagement. Creativity, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of e-commerce design principles—especially for Amazon—are essential for success in this role.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creative Development

  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for Amazon product listings, A+ Content, Brand Storefronts, display advertising, and other e-commerce marketing initiatives.
  • Create visual concepts that effectively communicate brand messages, product benefits, and value propositions.
  • Utilize Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and AI image-generation platforms for the design process.
  • Develop designs adhering to both Amazon's creative guidelines and individual client brand standards.
  • Ensure consistency in style, tone, and messaging across all deliverables.
  • Leverage generative AI tools to enhance imagery and bring creative prompts to life.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Receive creative briefs, participate in project kickoffs, and clarify project objectives with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with Brand Managers, Account Managers, and the Advertising team to prioritize workload and manage feedback efficiently.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with copywriters to ensure a cohesive narrative between visuals and messaging.
  • Partner with the Advertising team to create ad creatives optimized for click-through and conversion rates.
  • Contribute creative input during brainstorming and strategy sessions for product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns.

Market Insight & Best Practices

  • Stay informed on Amazon and e-commerce design trends, platform guidelines, and evolving best practices.
  • Proactively suggest creative approaches or design enhancements based on platform updates and performance data.

Professionalism & Compliance

  • Prepares special projects and reports as directed by the supervisor, President, or CEO.
  • Trained to assist with other departmental and agency functions as needed.
  • Conveys a professional, courteous attitude toward clients, coworkers, and guests at all times.
  • Maintains a proactive and positive approach to work, participating in meetings and offering ideas for improvement.
  • Upholds Client's reputation and brand standards.
  • Complies with all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Policy Manual.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Skills & Qualifications
